For societies, RWAs & employers
Ready for the moment everyone you look after needs help.
One arrangement gives every home in your society — or every employee and their family — one number for emergencies, doctors and care at home, coordinated by MetaNova.
- Not insurance — coordinated access
- Families' health details stay private
- Never pay before help is sent
Why it matters
Emergency readiness is a committee decision — not something to leave to each family.
Every society has a fire plan. Few have a plan for the resident who collapses at night. Every employer has a health policy. Few can help when the emergency is at an employee's home.
MetaNova gives the people you look after one number — and behind it, a coordination team, verified ambulances, registered doctors, home-care partners and hospitals that are told before the patient arrives.
What's included
Choose who you look after.

A flat in Tower B
TodayA resident collapses at 2 a.m. The family searches for numbers and calls relatives.
Readiness for every home in your society
When a resident collapses at 2 a.m., the family is on its own — searching for a number, waiting at the gate, explaining the way to the tower. Every household plans for this alone, if at all.
Every family gets
- One tap to a coordinated emergency response from home
- A registered doctor by video, for anyone in the family
- Nurses and attendants at home for elderly residents, arranged by our team
- Live tracking to share with neighbours, family and the gate
- Never asked to pay before help is sent
- Each family's health details stay private to that family
The committee gets
- Readiness arranged once, at building level, for every home
- One number known to every resident, the committee and the security desk
- An orientation session for residents and staff
- A named MetaNova contact for the committee

At her desk
TodayAn employee gets the call every parent fears — their child is hurt at home.
Health access for your people — and the families they worry about
The emergency that pulls someone out of a meeting is usually at home — a child, a parent, a partner. Employees carry that worry to work, and handle it alone when it happens.
Every employee gets
- Emergency response for the employee's home, wherever they are
- Doctor consultations by video for the whole family
- Home care for an employee's parents — nursing visits, shifts or live-in care
- Live updates when someone else raises the request
- One family record across emergencies and consultations
- Nothing the employer can see about anyone's health
The organisation gets
- A benefit employees use for the people they care about most
- Families and dependants included in one arrangement
- Simple onboarding — the employee installs the app and adds family
- A named MetaNova contact for HR

A hostel room
TodayA student falls ill at night. Friends don't know who to call.
One number for students, staff and members
Campuses, clubs and institutions look after people far from their families. When something goes wrong, someone on duty has to improvise the response.
Every person gets
- One tap to a coordinated emergency response
- A registered doctor by video, without leaving campus
- Families kept informed, with consent
- Records that stay with the individual
The institution gets
- A clear, rehearsed route for every health incident
- One number for staff on duty
- An orientation for the people who respond first
- A named MetaNova contact

Questions from committees and HR teams
Is this insurance?
No. MetaNova coordinates access to verified ambulance operators, registered doctors, home-care partners and hospitals. It does not insure, indemnify or pay for treatment. Any care charges are shown to the family, itemised.
Does it replace 112?
No. In a life-threatening emergency, call 112. MetaNova adds coordination: one case the ambulance, a doctor, the hospital and the family can all follow.
Can the society or employer see residents' health information?
No. Each family's health information stays with that family and the providers treating them. Organisations are never shown individual health details.
Do residents or employees have to join?
No. The arrangement is made once, but every family chooses to install the app and gives its own consent.
What does it cost?
Terms are agreed with each society, employer or institution, based on how many homes or people it covers. Start a conversation and we'll set out a proposal in writing.
Which organisations can start first?
We are starting with a small number of housing societies, employers and campuses in Gurugram, so each one is set up properly. Tell us about yours and we will say honestly whether it is a fit for the first phase.
