How it works
Five steps, and someone in charge of every one.
Arranged personally, for now
- 1
Tell us what's needed
Who the care is for, what has happened, and the help you're looking for — by phone, WhatsApp or early access.
- 2
A coordinator listens
Someone from our team calls you back and takes down the care needs once, so you don't have to explain twice.
- 3
Matched with a verified partner
A home-care agency or carer whose registrations and identity we've checked, who offers the care you need.
- 4
Agreed in writing
Duties, hours, weekly off and leave are written down before care starts. The rate is the partner's own, and you see it before you agree.
- 5
We stay on it
If a carer can't continue or takes leave, the agency sends a replacement — and we help coordinate cover so your family isn't left without care.

Who does what
Your carer gives the care. MetaNova makes sure it holds.
Not for emergencies
Are you a home-care agency, nurse or attendant?
Join the MetaNova Care Network. You set your own rates, and duties are agreed in writing before every arrangement.
Home Care — questions
Who provides the care?
Home-care agencies and individual nurses, caregivers and attendants who have joined the MetaNova Care Network and been verified. MetaNova coordinates; it does not employ the carers.
How do I arrange home care today?
Call or WhatsApp us, or join early access and choose Home Care. For now our team arranges home care personally, while it comes into the iNNeed 1.O app.
What does it cost?
Rates are set by the care partner, not by MetaNova, and depend on the type of care and the hours. You'll see the rate before you agree to anything.
What if the carer can't come?
Agencies provide a replacement when a staff member can't continue or is on leave, and our team helps coordinate the cover so care carries on.
Is home care for emergencies?
No. If someone at home becomes seriously unwell, call 112 immediately — or use SOS in the app for a coordinated emergency response.
Does MetaNova give medical advice?
No. Clinical decisions stay with the patient's doctor. Carers follow the care plan agreed with the family and the treating doctor's instructions.
