Why we exist

Nobody is in charge of the whole journey.

When something goes wrong, an Indian family makes call after call. The ambulance, the doctor and the hospital rarely share a plan. Hospitals receive patients without warning, and families lose sight of what is happening once the patient leaves the door.

None of this is a shortage of care. The ambulance exists. The doctor exists. The bed exists. What is missing is someone putting them in the same case, at the same moment, with the same information.

MetaNova is building that layer — starting with the moments that matter most, and staying for everything that follows.

Call after call.
1 a.m., and a father struggling to breathe. His son and daughter-in-law ring relatives, a private ambulance, a hospital helpline — then drive him themselves, still unsure which hospital will take him.

Someone takes charge.
One tap opens a case. A coordinator calls back and matches a verified ambulance, the crew is guided to the tower, and the hospital team is waiting at the door — while the family is kept informed at every step.

MetaNova does not practise medicine, run ambulances or treat patients — and says so plainly. We coordinate licensed professionals, and we are accountable for coordinating them well.
