Real work, not a club
Contributions are missions — scoped pieces of real work. A partnership negotiated, a system designed, a door opened. No standing meetings.
Credited, permanently
Every contribution is recorded and publicly credited in your name. It stays credited, even if you step away.
No fees, no honorary titles
Nobody pays to take part, and nobody is given a title they haven't earned through recorded work.
Fair by rule
Contributing is unpaid by design. If your work becomes sustained and substantial, we offer defined paid terms — or scale it down. Unpaid dependence is not allowed.

Where we stand, plainly: the platform is built and demonstrable, and it is not yet in production. We are preparing to launch in Gurugram. Every forward number we share is a model output, and the model is open to inspection.

Honest answers

Is this paid?

Contributing is unpaid by design. If your contribution becomes sustained and substantial, MetaNova will offer you defined paid terms or deliberately scale your involvement down. Many paid consulting, advisory and employment roles begin as contributions.

How much time does it take?

As much as you honestly commit, mission by mission. There is no minimum. A mission may be four weeks of building or one consequential introduction. What matters is reliability — a committed deadline is a promise.

What do I get?

Inside access to a consequential build in Indian healthcare, permanent public credit for everything you contribute, a deliberately selective peer group, and first claim on the opportunities that follow — advisory, employment, partnership and more.

Will this lead to a job or an advisory role?

It can — and only through contribution. Every pathway runs through recorded work. Nobody is promised an outcome.

Can I leave?

Any time. Your contributions stay credited and the door stays open.

Will I see patient data?

No. Contributors sign an agreement before their first mission, covering confidentiality and an absolute prohibition on accessing patient data.

What happens after I get in touch?

We respond within one week. If we proceed, the next step is a 45-minute working session on a real MetaNova problem — not an interview. If we decline, we do so respectfully and, where useful, with the honest reason.
