Please read this first
iNNeed 1.O is a technology platform that connects you to independent healthcare and ambulance providers and coordinates your care. MetaNova does not employ doctors, does not own or operate ambulances, does not run hospitals, does not sell medicines, and does not provide medical treatment.
MetaNova cannot guarantee how quickly an ambulance will reach you, that one will be available, that a hospital will admit you, or what the outcome of your care will be.
In a life-threatening emergency, use every option available to you. Do not rely on this or any single application alone.
These Terms limit MetaNova's liability. Clause 3, clause 12 and clause 15 are the ones that matter most to you and they are written in plain language for that reason.
PART I — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Definitions
1.1 In these Terms:
"Command Centre" means the coordination desk operated by MetaNova and the operators who staff it.
"Company", "MetaNova", "we", "us", "our" means MetaNova MedTech Allianz Private Limited, CIN U62099HR2026PTC144011, having its registered office at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
"Emergency Service" means a request made through the emergency entry point of the Platform for immediate ambulance dispatch or immediate teleconsultation.
"Fee" means the platform fee, booking fee or coordination fee payable to the Company for the use of the Platform and the coordination services described in clause 4.4, as distinct from Provider Charges.
"Platform" or "iNNeed 1.O" means the iNNeed 1.O mobile applications, web interfaces, application programming interfaces, Command Centre telephony and all associated services operated by the Company.
"Provider" means any independent third party who provides a service to you through or in coordination with the Platform, including Registered Medical Practitioners, ambulance owners, operators, drivers and crew, hospitals and clinical establishments, and — where and when the Company introduces those services — diagnostic laboratories, collection centres and licensed pharmacies. A Provider is never an employee, agent, partner or representative of the Company.
"Provider Charges" means the amounts charged by a Provider for the services that Provider supplies.
"RMP" means a Registered Medical Practitioner enrolled with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council of India.
"Services" means the services the Company itself provides, as defined and limited by clause 4.
"You", "your", "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or using a guest emergency session, and includes a person booking on behalf of another.
1.2 Headings are for convenience. References to a statute include that statute as amended and any subordinate legislation under it. "Including" means "including without limitation".
2. Acceptance, eligibility and the scope of this agreement
2.1 How you accept. You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance control at registration, or — in a guest emergency session — by confirming the one-time password on the emergency screen. In an emergency, we do not ask you to read these Terms first, because that would delay help. The disclaimer shown on that screen governs the emergency, and these Terms apply to it from the moment you confirm the OTP.
2.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. A person under 18 may be a patient, but the account and consent must be held and given by a parent or lawful guardian. This restriction never prevents anyone of any age from requesting emergency help.
2.3 Booking for another person. If you book for someone else, you confirm that you are entitled to act for them, that you will give them the information in our Privacy Notice, and that you accept these Terms both for yourself and on their behalf. The patient remains the person whose data we hold and, where they are able, they may exercise their own rights over it.
2.4 Geography. The Platform is offered in the National Capital Region and in such other areas of India as the Company may enable from time to time. Coverage in an area does not mean a Provider is available at any given moment.
2.5 Documents forming this agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, the fee disclosure shown to you at the time of each booking, and the cancellation and refund policy published on the Platform together form the agreement between you and the Company. Where they conflict, these Terms prevail, except that the Privacy Notice prevails on questions of personal data.
3. AGGREGATOR AND MARKETPLACE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This clause defines what the Company is. It is the foundation of this agreement and you should read it in full.
3.1 What the Company is. The Company operates a technology marketplace and coordination platform. Its role is to (a) receive your request, (b) identify and connect you with independent Providers, (c) transmit information between you and those Providers, (d) coordinate and monitor the progress of your case through its Command Centre, and (e) maintain a record of what occurred. That is the entirety of what the Company does.
3.2 What the Company is not, and does not do. The Company:
(a) does not practise medicine, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nursing or clinical care of any kind, and is not a clinical establishment;
(b) does not own, lease, operate, maintain, equip, crew or dispatch any ambulance or medical transport vehicle, and does not employ, supervise or direct any driver, paramedic, emergency medical technician or crew member;
(c) does not employ the Registered Medical Practitioners who consult through the Platform, does not direct or influence their clinical judgement, does not review or approve their diagnoses or prescriptions, and exercises no control over the content of any consultation;
(d) does not own, operate or control any hospital, nursing home, clinic, laboratory, collection centre or pharmacy, and has no authority over their admission decisions, bed availability, tariffs, staffing, standards or outcomes;
(e) does not sell, stock, exhibit for sale, distribute, dispense, compound, handle or take title to any drug or medicine, and, when medicine routing is introduced, will act solely as a technology facilitator transmitting an order to a pharmacy holding a valid licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, which alone sells and dispenses;
(f) does not conduct, perform, process, interpret or report any laboratory or diagnostic test, and, when diagnostic aggregation is introduced, will act solely as a booking and routing facilitator for accredited laboratories, which alone are responsible for sample collection, integrity, testing and reporting;
(g) does not provide insurance, does not underwrite risk, and does not indemnify you against the cost of care; and
(h) is not a party to the arrangement between you and any Provider for the clinical or transport service itself. That arrangement is directly between you and that Provider.
3.3 The Fee. The Company may charge you a platform, booking or coordination fee for its own services under clause 3.1 and clause 4.4, at its discretion (clause 5.8). Any Fee is disclosed to you separately and itemised before you incur it. It is not a charge for medical care, transport, medicine or diagnostics, and the Company earns it whether or not you are satisfied with a Provider's service — although clause 15 gives you a route to complain about either.
3.4 Provider selection and what verification means. The Company verifies the credentials of Providers before onboarding them and re-verifies them periodically, as set out in clause 9. Verification means the Company has checked that the documents and registrations a Provider presented exist and appear valid. It is not a warranty, endorsement, certification or guarantee of that Provider's competence, skill, conduct, punctuality, equipment, honesty or clinical outcome. No system of verification can promise those things about an independent person.
3.5 Intermediary status. In respect of information transmitted through the Platform, the Company acts as an intermediary within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and claims the protections available to intermediaries under it. The Company does not initiate, select the receiver of, or modify the content of communications between you and a Provider, other than routing them.
3.6 Your acknowledgement. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you understand and accept clause 3 in full, and that you are engaging Providers on your own account with the Company's assistance in finding and coordinating them.
4. The Services
4.1 Emergency ambulance coordination. When you make an Emergency Service request for transport, the Company will, using reasonable efforts, identify available ambulance Providers, transmit your request and location to them, assign the request to a Provider who accepts it, keep you informed of that Provider's progress, and coordinate with the receiving facility. The transport itself, the vehicle, the equipment, the crew, the route taken, the driving and any clinical care given in transit are provided entirely by the independent Provider.
4.2 Teleconsultation, emergency and non-emergency. The Platform provides the technology through which you consult an RMP by video. The consultation is between you and that RMP. It is conducted under the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. The RMP decides whether telemedicine is appropriate for your situation, what to advise, whether to prescribe and what to prescribe, and may decline to consult or may direct you to in-person care. An emergency teleconsultation provides first-aid guidance and triage support while physical help is arranged. It is not a substitute for emergency physical care and must never be treated as one.
4.3 Non-emergency transport. Scheduled, inter-facility and non-emergency transport is coordinated on the same basis as clause 4.1.
4.4 Command Centre coordination — precisely what we promise. This is the service any Fee is charged for, and so it is defined precisely. The Company will, using reasonable skill and care:
(a) receive and acknowledge your request;
(b) attempt to identify and engage a suitable available Provider;
(c) transmit relevant information between you, the Provider and, where applicable, a receiving facility;
(d) monitor the case and maintain contact with you while it is active;
(e) attempt to source an alternative Provider if the assigned Provider fails or withdraws;
(f) pre-alert a receiving facility where the circumstances and the facility's own procedures allow; and
(g) record the case and make a summary available to you.
The Company's obligation in each of (a) to (g) is an obligation of reasonable effort, not of result. The Company does not promise that a Provider will be found, that a Provider who accepts will attend, that an alternative will be available, or that a facility will accept a pre-alert or a patient.
4.5 Future services. The Company intends to introduce, and these Terms apply in full to, the following additional services when and where enabled. Each will be introduced with its own specific consent, and no such service will process your data without it.
(a) Automated triage and clinical decision support. Software that analyses the information provided and generates suggestions about urgency, categorisation and routing. Any such output is informational only. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a clinical assessment, not a prescription and not a treatment recommendation, and the Company does not hold it out as any of those things. It is generated by software, it may be incorrect, and no output will be the sole determinant of any decision affecting your care without a human being able to review and override it. Where an output is generated by software, it will be identified as such.
(b) Diagnostic and laboratory aggregation. Booking of tests with accredited independent laboratories and collection centres, and display of the reports they issue. The laboratory alone is responsible for sample collection, handling, chain of custody, testing methodology, accuracy, interpretation and reporting. The Company transmits the booking and displays the report as issued, and does not verify, interpret, alter or take responsibility for any result.
(c) Medicine ordering and delivery routing. Transmission of an order, against a valid prescription, to an independent pharmacy holding a valid licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and coordination of its delivery. The licensed pharmacy is the seller and dispenser. The Company does not sell, stock, handle, dispense or take title to any medicine, does not verify the clinical appropriateness of any prescription, and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, storage, labelling or effects of any medicine supplied. Medicines whose supply by this route is restricted or prohibited by law will not be routed.
(d) Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission linkage. Optional linkage of your account with your ABHA identity and health records, governed by the National Health Authority's own consent framework in addition to these Terms.
4.6 Changes to the Services. The Company may add, modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services. Where a change materially reduces what you receive, the Company will tell you before it takes effect where it is reasonably able to.
5. Fees, charges, payment and taxes
5.1 Two separate amounts. You pay (a) Provider Charges, for the medical, transport, diagnostic or pharmacy service you receive, and (b) any Fee, to the Company, for the Platform and coordination. Where both apply, they are always disclosed to you as separate line items.
5.2 Disclosure before you commit. Before you confirm a non-emergency booking you will be shown a complete itemised breakdown, including the Fee and all taxes, and the total payable. No amount will be added after that screen, no amount will increase between that screen and the charge, and nothing will be added to your total by a pre-selected option. The amount debited will equal the total shown.
5.3 Emergency requests. For an Emergency Service, help is arranged first. Whether a Fee applies, and its amount, is disclosed to you on the emergency screen; the itemised amount is presented to you after your case concludes, and payment is collected then. You will never be asked to pay before help is dispatched.
5.4 Collection on behalf of Providers. Where the Company collects Provider Charges, it does so as the Provider's collection agent and remits them to the Provider under its arrangement with that Provider. Collection does not make the Company the supplier of the underlying service and does not transfer the Provider's obligations to the Company.
5.5 Taxes. Applicable taxes are shown separately. The Company charges Goods and Services Tax on its own Fee only once it is registered under GST; until then no GST is charged on the Fee and the Company issues an invoice for it stating that it is not registered under GST. Once registered, the Company issues a tax invoice for its own Fee.
5.6 Cancellation and refunds. The cancellation and refund policy published on the Platform applies and forms part of this agreement. Cancellation charges applied to you will not exceed the equivalent charge the Company applies to itself for a cancellation on its side. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India.
5.7 Non-payment. Unpaid amounts may be recovered as a debt, and the Company may suspend non-emergency services for non-payment. The Company will not withhold or delay an Emergency Service on account of an unpaid amount.
5.8 Fees and rates may change. The Company decides, at its discretion, whether to charge a Fee for any service, including an Emergency Service, and sets its Fees and the rates and prices shown on the Platform. It may introduce, change, reduce or waive any of them from time to time; they are not fixed by these Terms. A change applies only to requests and bookings made after it takes effect. The amounts that apply to a booking are those shown to you before you confirm it (clause 5.2) or, for an Emergency Service, on the emergency screen (clause 5.3), together with any change shown to you during the request. A change to a Fee, rate or price is not an amendment of these Terms under clause 17.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF TIME, AVAILABILITY, ADMISSION OR OUTCOME
6.1 The Company does not guarantee, warrant or represent:
(a) that an ambulance or any Provider will be available at any particular time, in any particular place, or at all;
(b) any estimated time of arrival. Any time displayed on the Platform is an automated, non-binding estimate derived from third-party traffic and mapping data. It is not a promise, it will frequently be wrong, and it must not be relied upon in deciding your course of action;
(c) that an ambulance will arrive within any period, or at all;
(d) that any hospital, clinical establishment or facility will admit you, treat you, have a bed, have a specialist available, or accept a pre-alert or referral. Admission is entirely the decision of that facility and the Company has no authority over it whatsoever;
(e) that any vehicle will carry any particular equipment in working order, or any particular category of crew, beyond what that Provider has declared and the Company has verified on the face of the documents;
(f) that an RMP will be available within any period, that any particular specialist will be available, or that any consultation will result in a diagnosis, prescription, referral or any particular advice;
(g) any clinical outcome, recovery, improvement, or the survival of any person; or
(h) that the Platform, the Command Centre telephony, the mobile network, the internet connection, the location services or any Provider's own systems will be available, accurate or uninterrupted.
6.2 Emergency reality. Emergency response depends on traffic, distance, weather, road conditions, crowd conditions, network coverage, the availability of independent Providers and the decisions of facilities — none of which the Company controls. The Company's role is to arrange help as quickly as it can. It cannot guarantee that help will be quick enough.
6.3 Use every option. In a life-threatening emergency you should use every avenue available to you simultaneously, including public emergency services, and should proceed to the nearest hospital by any available means if that is faster. Do not delay other action while waiting for a Platform response.
7. Your obligations
7.1 You will provide accurate, complete and current information, in particular about the patient's location, symptoms, allergies, existing conditions and current medication. Emergency responders act on what you tell them, and inaccurate information can cause harm.
7.2 You will use the Emergency Service only for a genuine emergency. Deliberate misuse diverts a limited resource away from someone whose life may depend on it.
7.3 You will treat Providers, crew and Command Centre operators with respect. Abuse, threats, harassment or discriminatory conduct will result in suspension and, where warranted, referral to the police.
7.4 You will pay the amounts you owe.
7.5 You will not impersonate another person, use another person's account, or book for someone you are not entitled to act for.
7.6 You will not attempt to contract with a Provider off-Platform in order to avoid the Fee where that Provider was introduced to you through the Platform. This does not restrict your freedom to choose any provider independently.
7.7 You will not misuse the Platform, including by scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing security, introducing malicious code, overloading the systems, or extracting data about Providers.
7.8 You will follow the clinical advice of the RMP consulting you or tell them that you do not intend to, so they can advise you accordingly.
8. Suspension and termination
8.1 The Company may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, for breach of these Terms, for repeated misuse of the Emergency Service, for non-payment, for abusive conduct, for fraud, or where required by law.
8.2 You may close your account at any time from Profile → Privacy and Consent.
8.3 Termination does not affect accrued rights, amounts owing, or the Company's retention obligations under law.
8.4 The Company will not refuse an Emergency Service request from a suspended user where there is an apparent threat to life. A commercial dispute is not a reason to let someone die.
9. Providers — relationship, verification and limits
9.1 Independence. Every Provider is an independent contractor engaged on their own account. No Provider is an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer or representative of the Company, and no Provider has authority to make any promise, representation or commitment on the Company's behalf. Any statement a Provider makes about the Company does not bind the Company.
9.2 What the Company verifies. Before onboarding, and periodically thereafter, the Company checks:
(a) for RMPs — registration with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council, qualification documents, and identity;
(b) for ambulance drivers and operators — driving licence, police verification, medical fitness, identity, vehicle registration, fitness certificate, permit, insurance and pollution certificate;
(c) for facilities, laboratories and pharmacies — their registration, accreditation or licence as applicable.
Where any mandatory verification lapses, the Company suspends that Provider from receiving assignments.
9.3 The limits of verification. Clause 3.4 applies. Verification confirms documents; it cannot confirm a person's future conduct, skill or judgement.
9.4 Provider acts and omissions. Subject to clause 12.4, the Company is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, delay, error, breach or fraud of any Provider, including clinical negligence or misdiagnosis by an RMP, negligent or dangerous driving, road traffic accidents, the condition or failure of any vehicle or equipment, the absence or inadequacy of crew or equipment, delay in arrival, refusal of admission by a facility, or the quality of any medicine or diagnostic report.
9.5 Your remedy against a Provider. Your claim in respect of a clinical, transport, diagnostic or pharmacy service lies against the Provider who supplied it. The Company will, on request, provide you with the identity and contact details of the Provider, the records it holds of your case, and reasonable assistance in pursuing your complaint — including raising it with the Provider under the Company's own agreement with them. The Company will not obstruct or discourage a claim against a Provider.
10. Medical disclaimer
10.1 No medical advice from the Company. Nothing on the Platform — including any content, category, triage classification, priority indication, automated suggestion, wait-time estimate or Command Centre communication — is medical advice from the Company, and none of it should be relied on as such.
10.2 The RMP's judgement is the RMP's. All clinical decisions are made by the treating RMP in the exercise of their own professional judgement, for which they alone are professionally and legally responsible.
10.3 Automated outputs. Clause 4.5(a) applies. Automated suggestions are informational, may be wrong, and are always subject to human review.
10.4 Not for emergencies alone. The Platform is one route to help, not the only one, and must not be your sole reliance in a life-threatening situation.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 The Platform, its software, interfaces, designs, text, the iNNeed and MetaNova marks and all associated intellectual property belong to the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
11.2 Your medical records are yours. The Company holds them as custodian and processes them as described in Part II. Nothing in this clause gives the Company ownership of your health data.
11.3 Feedback you give the Company may be used without obligation to you.
12. Limitation of liability and indemnity
12.1 Nature of the Company's obligation. The Company's obligation is to provide the Platform and the coordination services in clause 4.4 with reasonable skill and care. It is not an obligation to procure a clinical, transport, diagnostic or pharmacy outcome.
12.2 Exclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
(a) any act, omission, negligence or misconduct of any Provider;
(b) delay in arrival, non-arrival, unavailability, or the failure of any Provider to accept or complete an assignment;
(c) refusal of admission, treatment or referral by any facility;
(d) any clinical outcome, injury, deterioration, disability or death, save where directly caused by the Company's own negligence;
(e) failure or interruption of mobile networks, internet connectivity, satellite positioning, third-party mapping or traffic data, payment gateways or a Provider's own systems;
(f) inaccuracy of information supplied by you or by any Provider;
(g) any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss, or loss of profit, income, business, goodwill, opportunity or anticipated saving; or
(h) any event within clause 17.
12.3 Cap. Subject to clause 12.4, the Company's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular booking, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (i) the Fee paid by you to the Company in respect of that booking, and (ii) ₹10,000; and its aggregate liability to you in any period of twelve months is limited to the total Fees paid by you to the Company in that period, or ₹25,000, whichever is greater.
12.4 What is never excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, or for any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in respect of a deficiency in the Company's own service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by this agreement.
12.5 Indemnity. You will indemnify the Company against loss it suffers arising from your breach of clause 7, your provision of false information, your misuse of the Emergency Service, or your use of the Platform in violation of law — except to the extent the loss arises from the Company's own negligence or breach.
13. Insurance
13.1 The Company requires, as a condition of engagement, that RMPs maintain professional indemnity insurance and that ambulance operators maintain valid motor insurance including statutory third-party cover and, where applicable, occupant cover.
13.2 The Company does not insure you. These Terms do not create any right for you against the Company's own insurers, and a Provider's insurance is a matter between you, that Provider and that Provider's insurer. The Company will, on request, provide you with the Provider's insurance particulars as declared to it.
14. Force majeure
14.1 The Company is not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including act of God, flood, fire, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, strike, government order, curfew, road closure, failure of public infrastructure, telecommunications or power failure, or the failure of any third-party service on which the Platform depends.
14.2 During such an event, the Company will use reasonable efforts to continue coordinating emergency requests, but its ability to do so may be materially reduced.
15. Grievance redressal
15.1 How to complain. Raise a grievance in-app under Help → Raise a grievance, or write to partners@metanovahealth.in. You will receive a unique reference number.
15.2 Timelines. The Company acknowledges and resolves grievances within the time limits set by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
15.3 Grievance Officer and Nodal Contact Person. The Company has appointed a Grievance Officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and a Nodal Contact Person resident in India. Their names, designations and contact details are published on the Platform and are reachable at partners@metanovahealth.in.
15.4 Complaints about a Provider. Where your grievance concerns a Provider's conduct or service, the Company will record it, provide you with that Provider's identity and contact details, raise the matter with that Provider under its agreement with them, and tell you the outcome. Where the conduct concerns an RMP's professional conduct, you may also complain to the relevant State Medical Council or the National Medical Commission, and the Company will not discourage you from doing so.
15.5 Data protection grievances. Complaints about your personal data are handled under Part II. If the Company does not resolve your concern, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
15.6 Consumer forums. Nothing here restricts your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
16. Governing law and disputes
16.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
16.2 Subject to clause 16.3 and to your rights as a consumer under clause 15.6, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
16.3 The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the grievance process in clause 15 before commencing proceedings. Nothing in these Terms requires you to go to arbitration or limits your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or any other forum available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Changes to these Terms
17.1 The Company may amend these Terms. The current version and its effective date are always published on the Platform.
17.2 Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, the Company will notify you and present the change to you with a summary of what has changed, and will obtain your acceptance before it applies to you. Continued use after a non-material change constitutes acceptance of it.
17.3 The Company will not rely on an acceptance you did not actually give.
18. General
18.1 Assignment. You may not assign this agreement. The Company may assign it to an affiliate or in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger or sale of business, on notice to you.
18.2 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is severed or read down to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues in force.
18.3 Waiver. A failure to enforce is not a waiver.
18.4 Notices. The Company may contact you by in-app message, SMS, WhatsApp or email at the details you provide. You may contact the Company at partners@metanovahealth.in.
18.5 Survival. Clauses 3, 5.7, 9.4, 10, 11, 12, 13.2, 15, 16 and 18 survive termination.
18.6 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents in clause 2.5, are the entire agreement between you and the Company on their subject matter, and supersede any prior statement, other than a fraudulent one.
18.7 Language. These Terms are published in English and in such other languages as the Company makes available. Where there is a conflict, the English version prevails, except where Indian law requires otherwise.
Part B — Using this website
B1. Who operates it
This website (metanovahealth.in) is operated by MetaNova MedTech Allianz Private Limited (CIN U62099HR2026PTC144011), registered office MS 12, 102, Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. By using it you agree to Part B. Part A governs any use of the iNNeed 1.O app and services.
B2. Not an emergency channel
Messages sent through this website are read during business hours. In a medical emergency, call 112.
B3. Information on this website
- The website describes our services and how they work. Service availability depends on location and on provider availability at the time.
- Stories and cases marked “illustrative” describe how the platform is designed to work. They are not accounts of real patients: the people shown are fictional and the images are AI-generated illustrations.
- Nothing on this website is medical advice. See the Medical Disclaimer.
B4. Forms and applications
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. An early-access request, an organisation enquiry or a provider application does not create a contract, reserve a service or guarantee acceptance into the network. Providers join only after verification and acceptance of their partner agreement.
B5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting false information or impersonating anyone.
B6. Intellectual property and links
The MetaNova and iNNeed names, logos, text, graphics and software on this website belong to MetaNova MedTech Allianz Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use needs our written permission. Where the website links to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.
B7. Grievances, law and changes
Grievances are handled as set out in clause 15 of Part A and on Grievance Redressal. Part B is governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, subject to your rights as a consumer. We may update this page; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version line under Part A shows the in-app Terms in force.
