Registered medical practitioners whose State Medical Council registration is checked before their first consultation on the platform.

Can I consult for my parents or children?

Yes. Add family members to your household profile and choose who each consultation is for.

Is Doctor Now for emergencies?

No. If someone's life may be at risk, call 112 immediately. If a consultation becomes urgent, emergency response is one tap away in the app.

Will I know the fee before I pay?

Yes. The consultation fee is shown in full before you pay.

Does MetaNova give medical advice?

No. Clinical advice and prescriptions come from the registered doctor. MetaNova provides the platform, captures consent and keeps the record.
