What you pay, who it goes to, and when. Every amount is shown to you in the iNNeed 1.O app, itemised, before you commit — and the amount taken is exactly the total shown.

1. Two parts, always shown separately

The provider's charge — for the service itself: the doctor's consultation fee, the ambulance operator's trip charge, or the home-care partner's rate. Providers set their own rates.
MetaNova's coordination fee — for arranging, coordinating and supporting the service, where one is shown. Whether a fee applies, and its amount, is set by MetaNova and may change; a change applies only to later bookings.

Both appear as separate lines with the total before you confirm. Nothing is added afterwards, and no pre-selected option adds to your total (Terms, clauses 5.1, 5.2 and 5.8).

2. Service by service

Doctor Now

Paid in advance, when you book. The total — the doctor's fee and MetaNova's coordination fee — is shown in full before you pay.

Emergency Response

Never paid in advance, and help is never held back for payment. The emergency screen shows what applies; the itemised amount is presented after the case completes and collected then. It is the ambulance operator's charge and, only where it is shown, a MetaNova coordination fee. If a different class of ambulance is sent, the price follows the vehicle actually sent and the change is shown to you.

Home Care

Before you agree, you see the partner's rate per visit, shift or month, MetaNova's coordination fee, any GST and the total for the billing period. Clinical and non-clinical services are priced as separate lines. Care is paid in advance for each billing period.

3. Taxes

Taxes are shown separately. MetaNova MedTech Allianz Private Limited is not yet registered under GST, so no GST is charged on its coordination fee; its invoice says so. Once registered, it will issue a tax invoice for its fee. GST on a provider's charge depends on the provider and the service.

4. Payment and documents

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. MetaNova does not store your card or bank details.
Where MetaNova collects a provider's charge, it does so as the provider's collection agent and passes it on to the provider.
You receive two documents: the provider's receipt for its charge and MetaNova's invoice for its fee. Together they equal what you paid.

Doctor Now consultation

The amount shown is the total payable for this consultation, inclusive of the practitioner's charge, MetaNova's coordination fee and all applicable taxes. Nothing further will be added to this total at a later stage, and the amount debited will be exactly the total shown here.

Emergency request

The amount shown above is everything you will pay for this emergency request: the charges of the independent ambulance operator who attends and, only where it is shown, a MetaNova coordination fee and the GST on that fee. Whether MetaNova charges a coordination fee, and its amount, is set at MetaNova's discretion and may change from time to time; what applies to this request is what is shown here. Emergency response is a postpaid service: nothing is charged now, dispatch is never delayed by payment, and the amount shown is the amount that will be collected after the case completes, unless a change is shown to you during the request (for example, if a different class of ambulance is sent).

Paying for a completed emergency trip

This is the final amount for your completed emergency trip. It is made up of the charges of the independent ambulance operator who attended and, only where it is shown, MetaNova's coordination fee and the GST on that fee. It is the amount shown to you when help was requested, together with any change shown to you during the request; nothing else has been added. Paying it settles this trip in full. The payment is processed by Razorpay; MetaNova does not store your card or bank details. If you have a question about this amount, contact the Grievance Officer through Help before you pay.

Home care

The amount shown is the total payable for this period of home care. It is made up of the care partner's charge, which MetaNova MedTech Allianz Private Limited collects on the partner's behalf, any GST on that charge, MetaNova's coordination fee and, where it is shown, the GST on that fee. Nothing further will be added to this total at a later stage, and the amount debited will be exactly the total shown here.
